Terms of Service

Last updated 28 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply between you and Individual Entrepreneur Ivane Kutateladze, trading as Quta Studio, identification number 01019013820, registered address 57 Revaz Uridia Street, Tbilisi 0180, Georgia ("we", "us"). Contact: qutastudio.one@gmail.com, WhatsApp +995 557 87 69 69.

2. Who we work with

Our services are for businesses and professionals, not consumers. By ordering, you confirm you're acting for business purposes.

3. Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written scope describing what we'll build, the integrations included and the launch window (typically 7–14 days after we receive your content and access). Quotes are fixed for the agreed scope and valid for 30 days. A contract starts when you approve the scope in writing and pay the first instalment. Extra work is quoted separately before it starts.

4. Payment

50% to start, 50% at launch. Two revision rounds included. Third-party fees (Stripe, Twilio, calendar tools) are listed separately in your quote. You own your code, domain and accounts. Invoices are payable within 7 days in USD, GBP or EUR. We may pause work while an invoice is overdue. Prices exclude any taxes you must pay in your own country.

5. Your responsibilities

You provide content, accounts and feedback on time, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you give us. Delays on your side can move the launch date.

6. Revisions and acceptance

Two revision rounds are included. The work is accepted when you approve it or use it live, or 10 business days after delivery if you haven't reported a defect. We fix defects within the agreed scope free of charge for 30 days after launch.

7. Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the custom code, design, domain and accounts we create for you. Third-party tools and open-source components stay under their own licences. With your permission only, we may show the result in our portfolio.

8. Monthly Care plans

Care plans are optional, billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Unused hours don't roll over.

9. Cancellation

Either party may end a project in writing. You pay for work done up to that point; the first instalment covers initial scoping and is non-refundable once work has started.

10. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor and follow your instructions; see our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

We can't guarantee specific business results such as leads or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under a project is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for outages and changes in third-party services (such as Stripe, Twilio or calendar tools). Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud or intentional harm.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. We'll first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith discussion in writing; if that fails, the courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you approve a scope applies to that project.

These documents are provided in good faith and reviewed periodically. For questions, contact us using the details above.
